A. Information you provide
Name, email, phone, address, nationality, ID/passport number (if required for rental)
Driver’s licence details (age, licence number)
Travel dates, pick-up / drop-off location, flight details, special requests
Payment details: we collect payment token/transaction records. We do not store full card numbers; card processing is handled by our payment processor.
Communications: messages you send to us or to Suppliers via the Platform.
B. Automatic data
IP address, device type, browser, cookies, usage analytics.
5. Purposes of processing & legal grounds
We process personal data to:
Provide the Platform and facilitate bookings (performance of contract).
Process payments and issue confirmations (contractual necessity).
Communicate about bookings and provide customer support (legitimate interest/contract).
Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations (legal compliance & legitimate interest).

The Supplier(s) you request quotes from - to obtain quotes and complete the booking.
